HOW TO CLEAN THE TERA

Cleaning and Maintenance Guide

In this blog post, we’ll teach you how to clean your new Tera vaporizer! Be sure to grab some isopropyl alcohol, new screens, cotton swabs, paper towels, and let’s get started.

The great thing about the Tera is that it’s super easy to disassemble. All you’re going to do is simply pop off the mouthpiece by lifting it away from the body. This should be fairly easy to do since it’s magnetized.

Replacing the Screen

Now we’re going to check our screen and see if it’s time to replace it. This is where you will first remove your screen and have your replacement screen nearby for when we’re done. It’s super simple to pop out the screen and clean. It also comes with some cleaning tools to help you get through the process.

Cleaning Tools Included with the Tera

Once you receive your Tera, you’ll see that it comes with a handy dandy cleaning brush. It also comes with a nice little shovel which is great for scooping in flower or concentrate when vaping with the Tera. The shovel is also great for getting into the nitty-gritty of our Tera. You can also use the tool to remove any flower that’s left behind from any previous seshes.

Brushing Out the Heating Chamber

We’re going to grab our cleaning brush and just start skimming it along the outside of the Tera’s bowl. You don’t have to press or push too hard here if there’s any leftover flower you need to scrub off.

This will help to get rid of any small bits that might hide in the nooks and crannies of the unit. If the screen gets detached, no worries. You can simply reattach the screen once you’re done or remove it if you plan to replace it. It’s great to go over with the brush and make sure that there aren’t any leftover bits of herb.

How to Clean the Tera Mouthpiece

We’ll do the same thing with our mouthpiece on the interior where the second screen is located. Be sure to brush it gently to get off all that extra residue that might be left behind. Also, if it’s time to replace the mouthpiece screen, this would be a great time to do so. If you want to get a long lifespan out of your screens and avoid having to replace them too frequently, this is a wonderful approach to make them last longer. It should already look significantly cleaner from brushing off all that leftover herb.

Next, we’re going to take an isopropyl alcohol-soaked cotton swab and clean the unit. Starting with the bowl, you’ll want to scrub along the sides while also not leaving behind any cotton fibers. Then you’ll want to do the same with the mouthpiece and body of the Tera.

At this point, you’ll want to reattach your cleaned or new screens to the bowl and mouthpiece. Then once they’re dried out, you’ll want to reassemble your Tera and enjoy that super sweet vapor!
